I drew two scene backgrounds- - The top one is of a mountainous landscape with flat grass land leading up to the camp, on the grass land I have placed some Buffalo as this was the type of animal they would hunt.
- The bottom drawing was of a rocky landscape of a valley/ desert land. With slight vegetation and a river running through it.

ReplyDeleteAgain, some good drawing practice here - the next stage is to consolidate your moodboards, drawings and concepts into designs for the stage - you've begun to do this already in fact. However, looking back at an earlier post, I was wondering if you'd made a decision about whether the Western will be used in conjunction with childrens' play or with sci-fi/Time Machine? I think that this needs to be clarified as it be be crucial in moving your genre away from being 'purely western' and into something as unique and interesting as you need to convey a sense of the extraordinary in this story. In either case, the way the sci-fi/child play intervention works within the western context will be critical.
